Yes — we're one of the few mobile detailers in Northeast Ohio with IICRC-certified mold remediation (ozone shock, antimicrobial, HVAC fogging, new cabin filter). Severe odor jobs (smoke, pet, biohazard) are quoted live during booking with a 2-hour minimum.
Card on file is required to book — nothing is charged until your service is complete. We accept debit and credit cards, cash, check, Zelle, and Apple Pay if you prefer. Card payments run through Square for your security. Reschedule for free with 24+ hours notice. Late cancels and no-shows are charged 25% of the service price to the card on file. Weather cancellations are always on us.
